    hi coach greg! i ride my bike to the gym about 4-5 days a week. its about 2.8 miles from my home and usually take me about 15-20 min to get there then the same when i ride back home. do you think that is enough cardio or should i still fit running some days? thank you so much for all you do

    Hey greg, sry for my bad english, its the only time i really dont agree with u, u right its possible but its really slow process because your sugar lvls in the blood will be low through the training if u eat low crabs, so u cant go harder than the last time without energy(itsnt affective as high carb before the traning), u could eat more fat ,and max carbs 1~1.5 hours before the training to make kind of better metabolism, and this plan also cause also little bit fat growth, the best plan is to increase by little bit your fat while keeping high muscle growth in my opnion, u can also mention that 1 joint exerices isnt very effiecent for fat burn and also for muscle growth plans and u should recude them to the min.btw maybe u should tell the natty builder belong us low bodyfat can cause lower tst lvls ,and the safe zone is around 10% :)

    I'm not 100% sure I agree with you here. If someone is 25% bodyfat, I would much rather have them cut down and get as lean as possible for 6 months (learning how to lift and building their cardiovascular health for heavy training) and then have them slowly increase their calories and change their training over to gain mass. In six months I can take almost anyone who is coachable down lean enough to see their abs and then we can build mass from there. If they are 200 pounds and 25% bodyfat I would much rather take them down to 165 pounds at 10% bodyfat and then spend six months building mass. At the end of the year, I do believe that if they were true to their diet and true to their training they would be better off cutting and then adding mass. I started in September of 2019 at 340 pounds and by July 2020 I was down to 222 pounds. Now, as of today, I am 264 pounds with veins all up and down my arms into my delts and chest and on my calves. My flabby stomach is still a mess, but when you're morbidly obese you just have to deal with that. My system may not work for everyone, but it worked for me because I didn't cheat myself. I did not cheat, NOT ONE BITE, on my cutting diet. I walked about 30-40 miles per week. I did the work to get the results. I guess at the end of the day you get the results that you earn, whether you do it my way or your way. :shrug:

    10 sets per muscle is insane. I do intense manual labor in a warehouse and avg 3 x 8-12 On a good day 4 sets, so only 6-7 sets per muscle each week. Couldn’t even imagine doing 5 sets after a day of orderfilling. Yesterday i murdered myself at work and did 2 set of everything and was doing nervous laughter each rep. I hada lay on the sidewalk for 10 mins. Whent back in and finished it... i needa change jobs.
