    What do you think about strength training exercises for cardio. For example I found out when I do my pistol squats with 10 reps left, 10 reps right, 10 reps left,... without a break my heart rate goes crazy like 190 beats per minutes after a couple of minutes and my legs are burning as well. Normally I still fail at some point because of the muscle burn not the cardio aspect. But still the heart rate is crazy high similar to doing a fast run.

    I'm such a huge fan of konjac noodles/rice/pasta they are so filling and fantastic for soups and stews <3 Also give skyr a try if you're looking for high protein low calorie delicious stuff.

    Low calorie pasta is amazing, so easy to stay in a deficit and it’s gonna fill you up so much. It’s just SO damn expensive if you want to have a huge quantity of it daily

    It’s not always about losing weight!! Every video is about losing or gaining. What if you just want to have brain clarity? No brain fog 😶‍🌫️ I quit caffeine for this reason. Maybe too much processed sugar is a detriment to your well-being 🤷🏻‍♂️
